Spot Angle is a research and entertainment tool that shows historical sports results, betting-line history and prediction-market prices. It is not a sportsbook, we don't accept bets, and nothing on the site is betting, investment, financial or legal advice. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes. Any decision to bet or trade is yours alone, and you're responsible for following the laws where you live.

You must be at least 21 years old to use Spot Angle. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Keep access to your email (and Google account, if you use it) secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can access your account. One account per person; don't share Pro access.

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, though you can always contact us if something went wrong. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

Don't scrape, copy or resell the site's data or features in bulk, try to break or overload the service, get around the free/Pro limits, or use Spot Angle for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our data comes from public and third-party sources and may contain errors, delays or gaps. Prices from prediction markets such as Kalshi can change at any moment. Always confirm odds, prices and fees with the sportsbook or market before acting.

The site, its design, software and analysis belong to Spot Angle. You may use it for your own personal research. Underlying sports data remains the property of its respective sources.

Spot Angle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spot Angle is not liable for any betting or trading losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify signed-in users of significant changes. Continuing to use Spot Angle means you accept the update. You can stop using Spot Angle and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
