Privacy Policy

Account details. When you sign in we receive your email address. If you use “Continue with Google”, Google also shares your name and profile picture. We use these only to run your account.

Subscription details. If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us your subscription status, plan and a customer ID.

Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep sign-in secure. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The searches and filters you run in the trend builder stay in your browser and in the page address; we don't build a profile from them.

To sign you in, provide the features you're entitled to (free or Pro), process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and send essential account emails such as sign-in links and receipts. We don't send marketing email unless you opt in.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Only the service providers needed to run Spot Angle, each bound by its own privacy terms:

• Supabase: accounts and database
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions
• Vercel: website hosting
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or Spot Angle.

If you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture). We use it solely to create and identify your Spot Angle account. We don't access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we don't transfer Google user data to anyone except as needed to provide the service. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We keep account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (for example, payment records held by Stripe).

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@getspotangle.com. You can cancel Pro at any time from your account or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Spot Angle is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless sign-in and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you notice anything suspicious.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll notify signed-in users.
